Change service space customer permissions
Permissions control who can access a service space, and what they can do in them. These are configured by your Jira admin. More about permissions in Jira.
You need to be a Space admin to perform these actions.
To view or change customer permissions for your company-managed service space:
From your service space, select Space settings, then Access, then Customer permissions.

Chat is not restricted by the channel access setting. When channel access is restricted, users can still raise request by chat such as Slack and Microsoft teams. If a customer sends a request by a chat, they will automatically be invited to the space.
To view or change customer permissions for your team-managed service space:

This option defaults to the permissions inherited from the site’s customer access settings set by your site admins. Depending on those settings, people who can send requests to your service space can be:

Only customers directly invited to the current service space by an agent or admin can access the portal and send requests by portal or email.
顧客の共有

Customers can search for other customers within their organizations, or manually enter the email address of other customers within their space:

Customers can share requests with other customers in the space by typing their email address.
If Anyone on the customer access settings (with Allow customers to create accounts in customer access settings) has been selected above, customers can also share requests with any email address. Sharing with an email address that doesn’t match an existing customer will invite them as a new customer.
Customers can search for other customers within their space or organizations:
Customers can use search to find other customers in their space or organizations, and share requests with those customers.
Choose this setting if you’d like to allow customers to choose approvers.
You can disable customer sharing to prevent customers from finding and sharing requests with other customers.
Sharing requests with the organization
To allow customers to share requests with an organization that they’re a part of, enable Sharing requests with organization feature.
