プロジェクト管理者は次のことを実行できます。
ポータルの名前を変更する
カスタマーを歓迎する説明文を追加する
会社のブランドを反映したロゴを追加する
ポータルの詳細を編集するには、次の手順に従います。
From your service project, select Space settings, then Channels & self service, then Portal.
必要に応じて、[ポータル名]、[説明文]、[ロゴ] の各フィールドを編集します。
ポータルのロゴは、サービス プロジェクトから送信される通知に表示されます。使用できるロゴの形式は、JPEG、GIF、PNG です。推奨サイズは 50 X 50 ピクセルです。
Your portal logo is different from your project avatar. Your project avatar appears within your service project to your team, while your portal logo appears in your customer-facing help centers and the portal.
Your portal inherits its URL, banner, button and link colours from the help center it is nested in. You can modify these by customizing the respective help center(s).
