リクエストの自動承認

You can use automation rules to auto-approve requests that meet certain conditions. For example, you might auto-approve purchase requests that are under a certain amount. Find out how to set up rules to automate repetitive tasks.

5 ドル未満の経費リクエストを自動承認するルールをセットアップするには、次の手順を実行します。

1. サービス プロジェクトから、[プロジェクト設定] > [自動化] > [レガシーの自動化] の順に選択します。

2. [ルールの追加] を選択します。

3. Select Create a custom rule, then Continue.

4. 次のルールを設定します。

   • 名前: 少額経費の自動承認

   • 説明: ルールの条件を選択

   • When this happens: Work item created

   • 以下に一致する場合: budget <= "5"

   • 次を実行: 自動承認

5. Select Save to create your rule.
