Assign yourself to a work item
When customers send requests to your service space, they become work items in your queue. You may want to assign yourself to a work item.
To assign yourself to a work item:
Next to Queues in your space, select More actions (), then Queue settings.
Find a work item with an unassigned Assignee field.
Select the Assignee field of the work item.
Select Assign to me.
