リクエストに対応するサービス プロジェクト エージェントを追加する
サービス プロジェクト エージェントは、ライセンスを付与された、顧客リクエストに対応するユーザーです。
Project administrators can add existing agents from other service projects to the service space. Jira administrators can add anyone to the service space. Learn more about Permissions for your service project and Jira site.
エージェントを追加するには、次の手順を実行します。
From your service space, go to Invite team.
Your agent is added to the Service Project Team role and receives an email with a link to the service space.
