Add your service space agents to work on requests
Service space agents are licensed users who work on customer requests.
Space administrators can add existing agents from other service spaces to the service space. Jira administrators can add anyone to the service space. Learn more about Permissions for your service space and Jira site.

From your service space, go to Invite team.
Your agent is added to the Service Space Team role and receives an email with a link to the service space.
