エージェントをサービス プロジェクトに追加する
Project administrators can add agents who already have a license (e.g. they’ve been added to another service space) to their service space. Only organization admins can add anyone (new and existing agents) to a service project.
エージェントを追加するには、次の手順を実行します。
From your service space, go to Invite team.
エージェントのメール アドレスを入力して [招待] を選択します。
Your agent will be added to the Service Project Team role and will receive an email with a link to the service space.
