Your service space comes with a variety of preset automation rules you can use to do common service space tasks for you.

事前設定済みの自動化ルールを追加するには、次の手順を実行します。
From your service space, select Space settings, then Automation.
[ルールの追加] を選択します。
ルールを選択してから、[続行] をクリックします。
必要に応じて名前、説明、およびフィールドを編集します。
完了したら [保存] をクリックします。
You can have up to 30 automation rules on each space.
