Confluence スペースをサービス プロジェクトにリンクする
Confluence クラウドまたは Data Center サイトから 1 つ以上のスペースをサービス プロジェクトにリンクできます。
始める前に
Confluence Cloud サイトからスペースをリンクする場合は、Confluence と Jira Service Management の各サイトのドメイン名が同じであることをご確認ください。
自身または自身が所属する Confluence グループに、対象のスペースの参照権限があることを確認します。Confluence 管理者の場合、対象の Confluence スペースに移動して [スペース設定] > [スペース権限] > [グループ] を選択することでこれを確認できます。
新規スペースを作成するには、Confluence で Confluence 管理者グローバル権限とスペースの作成権限が必要です。これらの権限を管理するには、Confluence のグローバル権限を確認します。
To be able to change the view permission of your knowledge base to Anyone and enable anonymous access, you need the Confluence administrator permission and a paid Confluence plan (Standard or above). If you don’t see or can’t select the option Anyone, please ask a Confluence administrator to enable the global anonymous access settings. Learn more about setting up public access.
To link spaces from Confluence Data Center sites, you’ll need to use app links to link the Data Center site to Jira Service Management Cloud. Learn more about using app links.
Confluence サイトからサービス プロジェクトに 1 つ以上のスペースをリンクするには、次の手順に従います。
From your service project, go to Space settings > Knowledge base.
[スペースをリンク] を選択します。
ご希望の Confluence サイトを選択します。
サービス プロジェクトにリンクするスペースを選択します。
リンクを選択します。
また、サービス プロジェクトから直接スペースを作成し、ナレッジ ベースにリンクすることもできます。この操作を行うには、次の手順を実行します。
From your service project, go to Space settings > Knowledge base.

スペースを作成する Confluence サイトを選択します。
スペースの名前とキーを選択します。

You can only link spaces from a single Confluence site at one time to a service project. To create and link spaces from a different site, you’ll need to unlink the spaces you’ve linked to your knowledge base from the current Confluence site.
