POP、IMAP、クラウド、その他のメール タイプのメール プロセス

Jira Service Management では、メール アカウント (POP、IMAP、クラウド アドレス) に応じて処理が異なります。

Google および Microsoft カスタム メール

Jira Service Management は受信トレイで次のメッセージを見つけます。

• 未読で、

• were received after your email account and service space were linked

Google または Microsoft カスタム メール アカウントを使用する場合、メールは Jira Service Management での処理された後に既読として記録されます (削除されません)。

Jira Service Managementcan only read emails in your inbox (not in other folders).

To process emails you already have:

1. Move the existing emails out of your inbox.

2. Connect your email account with Jira Service Management.

3. Move the emails back into your inbox and mark them as unread.

Google または Microsoft アカウントのパスワードを変更すると、Jira Service Management の接続が失われるため再接続する必要があります。メール アカウントの接続方法に関する詳細をご確認ください。

POPを使用しているメール

Jira Service Management は受信トレイで次のメッセージを見つけます。

• [削除済み] フラグが false に設定されており、

• were received after your email account and service space were linked

To link your email account with a service space using POP, make sure that your email inbox is empty by moving the existing messages to another folder, archiving them, or deleting them. Starting with an empty inbox ensures that you do not lose emails unintentionally, as POP emails are deleted after they are processed by Jira Service Management.

IMAPを使用しているメール

Jira Service Management は受信トレイで次のメッセージを見つけます。

• 削除済み および 既読 フラグが false に設定されており、

• were received after your email account and service space were linked

IMAP を使用する場合、メールは Jira Service Management の処理後、既読として記録されます (削除されません)。Jira Service Management が既存のメッセージを読み込むようにしたい場合、接続が確立された後でメッセージを受信トレイに戻して未読にすることができます。

既定クラウドアドレスを使用しているメール

If you use the email account provided by Jira Service Management, email messages are deleted once processed. You can modify this default email address at any time; however, messages sent to previous addresses will not be processed. This email account is tied to your service space and not accessible in other ways, so you don't need to log in anywhere to check messages.
