About form states

フォームは必ず、編集用にオープン、送信済み、または編集のためロック済みの 3 つの状態のいずれかになります。これらの状態は、フォームの動作とフォームにアクセスできるユーザーに影響します。

編集中

この状態のフォームは現在、既存のフォームを変更して再送信するか、エージェントが添付した新しいフォームに記入するためにカスタマー側で編集中です。

If desired, the person editing a form can save their progress without submitting it. If the form has linked fields, any changes made to a linked form field will automatically update its linked Jira field (and vice versa). Read more about linking form fields and Jira fields.

送信済み

These forms have been completed by the person filling out the form. If desired, agents can select Edit to make changes to a submitted form on a work item, or they can select Open customer edits for customers to make changes in the portal.

編集のためロック済み

These forms can only be viewed by customers or agents once they are submitted. Changes such as editing or deleting a form can only be made by project admins. Read more about form settings
