We're updating our terminology in Jira

'Issue' is changing to 'work item'. You might notice some inconsistencies while this big change takes place.

Update information on a work item

Even though your customers try their best to give you enough information to resolve their requests, you may still need to update them. Circumstances can change as you work, or internal fields only visible to your service project team may need to be added.

Update work item details

  1. Open a work item.

  2. Select the field you’d like to update.

  3. フィールドに変更を加えます。

You don’t need to press save when you edit work item details, as whatever you enter is saved as soon as you click or tap away from a field (unless you press escape to discard a change).
