The incident summary feature is available through the Jira Service Management ChatOps app. This app connects Jira Service Management with Slack, enabling your team to manage incidents directly from Slack channels.
Before using the incident summary, make sure the Jira Service Management ChatOps app is connected to your workspace.

The incident summary feature, powered by Rovo, helps responders quickly understand an ongoing incident in Slack without reading through long chat histories.
When a new responder joins the Slack incident channel, Jira Service Management ChatOps app automatically summarizes key developments, allowing they to get up to speed quickly.

Enabling access to the incident summary
You need to grant permission for the Jira Service Management ChatOps app to read and summarize your Slack channel data.
From your Jira Service Management, go to Operations > General configuration.
Select Chat and video tools.
Find your workspace and select Unlock new features.
Select Give permission.
In the pop-up, review permissions and make sure you enable the new features.
If you’re connecting a new workspace, follow the instructions on the page to grant access permission to Jira Service Management ChatOps app.
Slack でインシデントを要約する
There are a few ways to view the summary of an incident in Slack.
When you join an incident Slack channel, you’ll immediately receive the summary as a message that is only visible to you.
You can also trigger it manually by typing the command: /jsmops summarize incident.
You can also select Summarize button on the summary card to view an updated summary.
The summary is generated from:
Channel chat history
Incident data from Jira Service Management
Summary typically includes:
