Edit multiple work items at the same time

複数の作業項目を同時に変更する必要性が出てくる場合もあるでしょう。これは、一括操作によって実現できます。

There are restrictions placed on some of the bulk operations. For example, if you select multiple work items with different workflows, you can only transition them in groups with the same workflow, and one group at a time. The restrictions are explained further in the relevant sections.

はじめる前に

一括操作を実行するには、「一括変更を実行」権限と各プロジェクトで関連する権限が必要になります。たとえば、作業項目のグループを同時に移動するには、「作業項目を移動」プロジェクト権限と「一括変更を実行」グローバル権限が必要になります。 

作業項目のリストを検索して選択する

各手順において、必要なフィルターで検索を実行して、作業項目の一覧を生成する必要があります。

1. Choose Search, then View all work items.

2. 検索条件を調整し、作業項目の適切な一覧が表示されるようにします。

3. [その他のアクション (•••)] > [全 <n> 件の作業項目を一括変更] の順に選択します。

4. 一括操作を行いたい作業項目を選択し、[次へ] を選択します。

これを完了すると、作業項目のトランジション、削除、移動、編集、またはウォッチ/ウォッチ解除に進めます。

複数の作業項目をトランジションする

This bulk change allows you to transition multiple work items through a workflow at the same time. You can only perform one transition bulk operation at a time. You will also need to provide any values required to complete the transition. For example, to close multiple work items, you will need to provide a value for the Resolution field, such as Done, Fixed, or Won't Fix.

1. [作業項目をトランジション] > [次へ] の順に選択します。

2. Select the available workflow action. The actions available are dependent on the work items (and their associated workflows) that you have selected. Select Next.

3. トランジションのために必要なフィールドの値を選択します。また、利用可能であれば、メールでの通知を送信するかどうかを決定します。[次へ] を選択します。

4. 一括操作を確認して、問題がなければ [確認] を選択します。

Edit multiple work items

この一括操作では、複数の作業項目を同時に編集できます。利用可能な一括編集の操作は、選択した作業項目と変更したいフィールドの性質に依存します。

1. [作業項目の編集] > [次へ] の順に選択します。

2. 編集する情報を選択します。

3. 任意の必須フィールドの値を選択します。可能な場合は、メール通知を送信するかどうかを決定してから [次へ] をクリックします。

4. 一括編集を確認して [確認] を選択します。

複数の作業項目を削除する

この一括変更では、複数の作業項目を同時に削除できます。

1. [作業項目を削除] > [次へ] の順に選択します。

2. 可能な場合は、メール通知を送信するかどうかを決定して [次へ] を選択します。

3. 一括操作を確認して、問題がなければ [確認] を選択します。

Bulk move work items

You can move multiple work items to another project at once using a bulk operation.

理由の例をいくつかご紹介します。

• To try a different style of project (either team-managed or company-managed).

• プロジェクトを整理して、よりクリーンなバックログを保持する。

• チームの要件に対応する、など。

複数の作業項目を別のプロジェクトに移動するには、次の手順に従います。

1. From the navigation, select Search.

2. Select Advanced search for work items.

3. 移動する作業項目を検索します。検索の詳細をご確認ください。

4. [その他 (…)] > [全 <n> 件の作業項目を一括変更] の順に選択します。

5. Select the work items you want to move and select Next.

6. Choose the Move work items bulk operation and select Next.

7. 宛先プロジェクトと作業タイプを選択します。宛先に関する詳細をご確認ください。

8. 必要に応じて、宛先プロジェクトと一致するようにステータスをマッピングして、フィールドを更新します。ステータスのマッピングとフィールドの更新に関する詳細をご確認ください。

9. 変更を確認して [確認] を選択します。

作業項目を一括移動する際に、宛先プロジェクトと作業タイプを選択する

You can bulk-move work items to other projects on your Jira site. This can help you keep your project workspaces clean and all their work items relevant to the team who’s working on them. Or, you can bulk move work items between work item types in the same project, giving them the correct workflow and fields that best tracks the work needed.

The work items in your destination project might have different settings than your source project, even if they are named the same. If work types use different workflows, you may lose data when bulk moving work items. So, you need to map the status and fields while selecting the destination project and work types. Your target project and work type will determine the additional steps that will be needed to migrate status and fields.

作業項目の一括移動時にステータスをマッピングする

宛先プロジェクトのワークフローが、ソース プロジェクトのワークフローと異なるステータスを使用している場合があります。プロジェクトのワークフローの詳細について、ソースと宛先の各プロジェクト リードに確認することをおすすめします。複数のワークフローを同時にアクティブにできるほか、一連の作業項目に関連付けられた一部のステータスがターゲット ワークフローでは有効ではない可能性があります。

After selecting the destination project and work types for bulk move, you can map the statuses from your source project to the right statuses in your new workflow by selecting the status your work items should be in after the move.

Update fields while bulk moving work items

The destination project’s work types may have different field settings than the source project. You can either update the field’s value or retain the field’s current value.

ステータスのマッピング後、必須フィールドの値を更新できます。一覧表示されている各フィールドに対して、移動する作業項目に表示する値を更新するか、[保持] を選択してフィールドの値を変更せずに残します。

同時に編集できる情報

利用できない操作

このセクションに記載されているフィールドには一括編集操作はありません。これには、代替方法がある、または一括編集の実行が論理的でないなどの理由があります。

• Project — Please use 'Bulk Move' to move work items between projects

複数の作業項目をウォッチする、またはウォッチを停止する

一括変更によって、複数の作業項目に対するウォッチの開始や停止を一度に行えます。

To start watching multiple work items:

1. [作業項目をウォッチ] > [次へ] の順に選択します。

2. 一括変更を確認して [確認] を選択します。

To stop watching multiple work items: 

1. Select Stop Watching work items, then Next.

2. 一括変更を確認して [確認] を選択します。
