Archive or restore a service space
The ability to archive a service space is only available for Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise plans. Find out more about Jira Service Management plans and pricing.
Any service spaces that you archived while you were on a Premium or Enterprise plan can still be accessed and restored after you move to a Standard plan.
If you no longer need a service space but you’re not ready to delete it, you can move it to the archive.
Move a service space to the archive
You must be a Jira admin to archive company-managed service space. To archive a team-managed service space, you’ll need to be a Jira or space admin.
To archive a service space:

Next to the space you want to archive, select More (), then Move to archive.

Select More (), then Move to archive.

Once a service space is archived:
SLA タイマー: リクエストに関連付けられている既存のタイマーはカウントを停止します。
自動化ルール:
「SLA 残り時間」と「ステータスにある時間」の各ルール タイプは実行されません。これらのルールには、「SLA の把握」や「Close resolved work item (解決済みの作業項目を終了)」といった事前設定の自動化ルールなどが含まれます。
作業項目に対してアクションを実行するルールは失敗して、再試行されません。
If the service space is restored, rules will only be executed once operations are performed on existing requests. For newly created requests, automation rules will run as normal.
Incoming emails: Any email requests sent while the service space is in the trash won’t be processed.
デプロイ ゲートの構成: 新しいデプロイ ゲート変更リクエストは機能しませんが、デプロイの保留中または一時停止中の変更リクエストはその状態のままになります。

If a backup is created after you archive a space, then once you restore the backup the archived space can be found by selecting Settings , then Spaces, then Archive.
Restore a service space from the archive
You need to be a Jira admin to restore an archived service space.
To restore a service space from the archive:

サイドバーから [アーカイブ] を選択します。
Next to the service space you want to restore, select More (), then Restore.
You may need to turn on email support for your service space to work as normal.

Select Channels & self service, then Email.
[メール サポートをオンにする] を選択します。
The service space along with its requests, queues, automation rules, SLAs, and reports will be restored. Agents can edit and work on work items. The service space will appear in directories and work items will appear in search results.
