新しいワークフロー エディターの使用

管理者は、ワークフロー エディターを使用して、作業項目がさまざまな作業段階を経てどのように移動するかを定義、カスタマイズ、管理できます。作業フローが視覚化されるため、ステータス、トランジション、ルールを追加して、フロー内での操作や条件を定義できます。

You can use the workflow editor to automate routine actions, apply business rules, and configure different work item paths based on space or work type requirements.

What’s changed in the new editor

The new workflow editor has all the same actions as the old experience, but it’s now in one place. From a single view, you can configure statuses, transitions, and transition rules without having to navigate around Jira, or multiple tabs.

1. ツールバー: ステータス、トランジション、ルールを追加してワークフローを作成します。

2. 更新または破棄: 変更を即座に公開します。変更内容が期待どおりではない場合、いつでも破棄して元のワークフローに戻すことができます。

3. Details: Select a status or transition from the diagram and edit its name, rules, properties, and more.

4. Diagram: Drag to move statuses and create transitions. Select a status or transition to see its details.

5. Relevant spaces: See which spaces use the workflow before you publish.

Key differences

即座に編集して公開する

新しいエディターとの主な違いは、下書きワークフローを使用しないことです。

旧エディターでは、複数のページにわたって変更を行い、公開する準備ができるまで下書きとして保存していました。新しいエディターでは、管理者は公開されたワークフローのみを編集します。変更はすべて同じビューで行い、[ワークフローを更新] を選択して公開するか、破棄できます。

A big benefit of this is that the new editor doesn’t have the same limitations around active workflows as the old editor.

• you can delete statuses in active workflows, and

• if a status has no outgoing transitions (not including global transitions), new outgoing transitions can be added (regular or global).

Share transitions as you create

In the new editor, you can create transitions for work items in multiple statuses with a single set of rules and properties.

旧エディターでは、この処理を行うのに、既存の 2 つのトランジション間にトランジションを作成し、そのトランジションを他のステータスに適用していました ([トランジションを追加]、[トランジションを再利用] を使用)。

新しいエディターでは、トランジションの作成時または既存のステータスの編集時に複数のソース ステータスを選択することで、複数のステータスにトランジションを適用できます。

Easily add rules to a transition

Rules is where you’ll find conditions, screen configuration, validators, and post-functions, with updated terminology (restrict, request input, validate, and perform action). These operations created while using the old editor should be retained when moving to the new editor.

新しいワークフロー エディターのルールは次のとおりです。

• 条件 → トランジションを制限

• Screen configuration -> Request input

• Validators → Validate details

• 事後操作 → アクションを実行

The new editor's rules provide the same conditions, screen configuration, validators, and post-functions as the old editor, they’ve just been combined and renamed.

これらのルールを使用して、チームがトランジションを使用できるタイミングを制限したり、使用時に自動でアクションを実行したりできます。
