Confluence を追加してナレッジ ベースをセットアップする

Jira Service Management leverages the power of Confluence to make knowledge creation and management seamless for your team. It does this by bringing the rich editing features of Confluence directly to your service space’s knowledge base.
Jira Service Management でナレッジ ベースをセットアップするには、同じサイトで Confluence の Free プラン以上を保有している必要があります。
If you already have Confluence on your site, read how to link knowledge base spaces to your service space. All your drafts and published pages from those Confluence spaces will appear in your service space.

Confluence をサイトに追加する
ご利用のサイトに Confluence を追加するには、次の手順に従います。

Confluence を追加して、ナレッジ ベースを強化したいクラウド サイトを選択します。
Select Apps in the top navigation menu.
In the left navigation menu, under Sites and Apps, again select the site where you want to add Confluence to power your knowledge base.
In the left navigation menu, select Discover new apps under Explore.
On the Discover new apps page, select Try it now under Confluence.
[Get Started (開始する)] を選択して、サイトに Confluence を追加します。
Once set up, to manage spaces and permissions:
サイドバーにあるスペース名の横で、その他のアクション（•••）を選択し、スペース設定を選択します。
Select Channels & self service, then Knowledge base.
ユーザーを削除してナレッジ ベースを無料で強化する
ナレッジ ベースを無料で使用するには、サイト管理者やその他のグループを Confluence から削除して、請求対象ユーザー数をゼロにする必要があります。
When you add Confluence to your cloud site, site admins are automatically added as billable users. If the total count of users is greater than 10 for your site, you will be required to pay for access to Confluence after the trial period is over. Read more about Confluence Cloud plans.
Confluence でユーザー グループを削除するには、次の手順に従います。
Go to admin.atlassian.com.
If you're an admin for multiple sites or an organization admin, select the site's name to open the Atlassian administration for that site.Select Apps from your top navigation menu.
Confluence を探して [その他] メニュー (...) を選択します。
Select Manage app access.
[グループ] で、削除するグループを選択します。ナレッジ ベースを無料で強化するには、サイト管理者のグループを削除できます。
Select the More menu (⋯), and then select Remove group from app.
ページを更新して、サイトに請求対象の Confluence ユーザーがいないことを確認します。
By removing groups, site admins can ensure that every user in these groups will stop having access to Confluence. It also helps in ensuring that the new users won’t automatically get access to Confluence.
When inviting new users to your site, admins must not give these users access to Confluence.
If the group you want to remove is a default group, you’ll find that the Remove group from app option is disabled. In this case, you’ll need to select the group, and then select View group’s details. It will take you to the Groups page where you can view and remove individual users from that group. Read more about how to remove Confluence access for users in your site.
