ポータルとは

In Jira Service Management, a portal is the customer-facing website of every service space. It helps teams set up relevant help resources for their customers and collect and manage customer requests.

For each service space you create, a corresponding portal also gets automatically created.

Space admins can set up help resources for their portals, such as request forms, knowledge base articles, and external resources.

Customers can view portals that they have permission to access from a help center. When customers come to a portal, they can see help resources from within that single service space.

To go to a service space’s portal:

  1. In your service space, select Channels

  2. ポータルの URL の横にある [開く] を選択します。

Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise users can create multiple help centers on a single site. Depending on your team’s support strategy, a service space’s portal can be shown on or hidden from help centers on your site.
