ワークフロー テンプレートを使用すると、チームの企業管理対象サービス プロジェクトを設定してカスタマイズする際の時間と労力を節約できます。

Every request type, whether it came with your project template, was custom built, or was created using a template comes with a default workflow based on its work type. Workflow templates can be used to easily replace a request type's workflow with a new one.

Jira 管理者は、新しいワークフローを最初から作成するのではなく、承認手順が事前に設定されたものも含め、さまざまなチームやユースケース向けに設計されたテンプレートのライブラリを参照することができます。

ニーズに最適なものをプレビューして選択し、それを使用して、リクエスト タイプにリンクされる新しい構成済みのワークフローを作成します。

リクエスト タイプのワークフローを変更するには、Jira 管理者である必要があります。以下の手順は、企業管理対象プロジェクト向けのものです。

テンプレートを使用してリクエスト タイプのワークフローを変更する方法

• From your service project, select Space settings, then Request management, then Request types.

• 更新するリクエスト タイプの名前を選択し、そのリクエスト タイプの設定画面で [ワークフローの管理] を選択し、次に [テンプレートを使用して置換] を選択します。

• テンプレートをプレビューして、説明、ステータス、トランジションを確認してください。

• Select the template you want to use, then review and make desired changes to the names of your new workflow and work type.

• Select Continue and the new workflow and work type will be added to your project and linked to the request type you chose to update.

更新するリクエスト タイプの横にある [その他のアクション] () を選択して、[リクエスト タイプ] 画面のテンプレートを使用してワークフローを置き換えることもできます。次に、[ワークフロー] セクションで、[テンプレートを使用して置換] を選択します。
