リクエスト タイプのワークフローと作業タイプを変更する
You can change the workflow of any of your request types in your space settings, and choose workflows from any service space on your Jira Service Management site.
リクエスト タイプのワークフローを置き換えるには、Jira 管理者である必要があります。
リクエスト タイプのワークフローまたは作業タイプを置き換えるには、次の手順に従います。
From your service space, select Space settings, then Request management, then Request types.
Find the request type you’d like to update and select More actions ().
[ワークフローを置換] を選択します。
In the replace workflow panel on the right, open the Filter by Space menu and select the space your desired workflow is in.
[ワークフローを選択] メニューを開いて、リクエスト タイプに使用するワークフローを選択します。
必要に応じて、[作業タイプを変更] メニューを使用して、リクエスト タイプに新しい作業タイプを選択します。選択したワークフローに割り当てられているどの作業タイプからでも選択できます。
[アップデート] を選択します。
既存の作業項目でワークフロー ステータスを更新する必要がある場合 (たとえば、新しいワークフローに存在しないステータスが以前のワークフローに存在する場合など) は、代わりに新しいステータスを選択するように求められます。完了したら、[確認] を選択します。
更新する作業項目の数が多い場合は、ローディング バーが表示されます。このページを開いたままにして、更新が 100% 完了するまで別のタブで作業を続けましょう。
When complete, close the tab or select Go to Request types to return to the Request types page in your Space Settings.
Sometimes, not all your workflows will be available to select. Workflows will be filtered out of the list if using them would cause a conflict in your current space.
Currently, workflows from other spaces won’t appear in this list if they:
already exist in your current space
次のような作業タイプに接続します。
is already used by another workflow (including the default workflow) in your current space
is used by the default workflow in another space that shares the workflow scheme with the current space
You can update your desired workflow so that it will show in the replace workflow pannel by changing the work type of the workflow in one of your spaces.
ワークフローに割り当てられる作業タイプを変更するには、次の手順に従います。
サイドバーにあるスペース名の横で、その他のアクション（•••）を選択し、スペース設定を選択します。
Select Request management, then Workflows.
更新するワークフローを見つけて、[作業タイプ] 列で [割り当てる] を選択します。
選択したワークフローに割り当てる作業タイプを選択します。作業タイプは、一度に 1 つのワークフローにのみ割り当てられます。
[完了] を選択して、作業タイプをワークフローに割り当てます。
[アップデート] を選択します。
