Change the workflow and work type of a request type

プロジェクト設定では、任意のリクエスト タイプのワークフローを変更できます。また、Jira Service Management サイトの任意のサービス プロジェクトからワークフローを選択できます。

To replace the workflow or work type of a request type:

1. サービス プロジェクトから、[プロジェクト設定] > [リクエスト管理] > [リクエスト タイプ] の順に選択します。

2. 更新するリクエスト タイプを見つけて、[その他] メニュー () を開きます。

3. [ワークフローを置換] を選択します。

4. 右側の [ワークフローを置換] パネルで、[プロジェクトで絞り込み] メニューを開いて、目的のワークフローを持つプロジェクトを選択します。

5. [ワークフローを選択] メニューを開いて、リクエスト タイプに使用するワークフローを選択します。

6. If needed, select a new work type for your request type using the Change work type menu. You can choose from any work types that have been assigned to your selected workflow.

7. [アップデート] を選択します。

8. If you need to update the workflow statuses for any of your existing work items (for example if your previous workflow has statuses that don't exist in the new workflow), we’ll prompt you to select new statuse to replace them. Select Confirm when you’re done.

9. If there are are a large number of work items to update a loading bar will appear. Keep this page open and continue working in another tab until the update is 100% complete.

10. 完了したらタブを閉じるか、[リクエスト タイプに移動] を選択して、[プロジェクト設定] の "リクエスト タイプ" ページに戻ります。
    
    

場合によっては、すべてのワークフローを選択できないことがあります。ワークフローを使用すると現在のプロジェクトで競合が発生する場合は、ワークフローがリストから除外されます。

現在、次の場合において、他のプロジェクトのワークフローがこのリストに表示されません。

• ワークフローが現在のプロジェクトにすでに存在している場合

• connect to a work type that;

  • 現在のプロジェクトにおいて、別のワークフロー (既定ワークフローを含む) ですでに使用されている課題タイプ

  • 現在のプロジェクトとワークフロー スキームを共有する別のプロジェクトの既定ワークフローで使用されている課題タイプ

You can update your desired workflow so that it will show in the replace workflow pannel by changing the work type of the workflow in one of your projects.

To change the work type assigned to a workflow:

1. サービス プロジェクトから、[プロジェクト設定] > [リクエスト管理] > [ワークフロー] の順に選択します。

2. Find the workflow you’d like to update and select Assign in the Work types column.

3. Select the work types that you’d like to assign to your selected workflow.. A work type can only be assigned to one workflow at a time.

4. Select Finish to assign the work type to the workflow.

5. [アップデート] を選択します。
