チェックボックス フィールド

チェックボックス フィールドを使用すると、ユーザーは一覧から複数のオプションを選択できます。企業管理対象プロジェクトでは、これらは「選択リスト (複数選択)」フィールドまたは「複数選択」フィールドと呼ばれます。チェックボックス フィールドは、フリーフォーム形式のテキスト フィールドなどで発生する可能性がある入力ミスを減らすことで、データ入力をサポートします。また、ユーザーがフィールドに入力できるオプションを制限することで、適切なデータ入力を増やします。

チェックボックス フィールドには最大 55 個のオプションを追加できます。

日付フィールド

日付フィールドでは、カレンダー選択を利用して日付情報を入力できます。企業管理対象プロジェクトでは、これらは「日付ピッカー」フィールドと呼ばれます。また、ユーザーはフィールドに日付を直接入力できます。

依存ドロップダウン フィールド

依存ドロップダウン フィールドによって、親リストと子リスト (サブリスト) という 2 つのドロップダウン リストからオプションを選択できます。企業管理対象プロジェクトでは、これらを「選択リスト (カスケード)」フィールドと呼びます。

依存ドロップダウン フィールドによって、長いオプション リストを親リストと子リストに分類して、フィールドを正しく入力するために必要な選択肢の数を減らせます。ユーザーが親ドロップダウン リストからオプションを選択すると、子ドロップダウン リストには親オプションに基づくオプションが設定されます。

 ラベル フィールド

Label fields allow people to tag work items with reusable text snippets entered as free form text. Jira suggests existing labels to help reduce entry errors. People can also create new labels by typing into the label field.Labels are pretty powerful as your project matures. They can be used for sorting and filtering work items on the board, as well as reporting. You can add up to 55 labels in a label field.

数値フィールド

数値フィールドでは、数値情報を自由形式のテキストで入力できます。ユーザーは 1 行のテキスト ボックスに数値を入力することができます。入力可能な数値は、 -1兆から 1 兆 (100,000,000,000,000) までです。 

注意点

• Jira は小数点以下 3 桁以降を四捨五入します。たとえば、5.555555 は四捨五入されて 5.556 となります。 

• 値の大きな数字には指数表記を使用できます。たとえば、数値 5,000 は 5e3 と入力できます。

段落フィールド

段落フィールドでは、自由形式のテキストで情報を入力できます。企業管理対象プロジェクトでは、これらは「テキスト フィールド (複数行)」または「複数行テキスト」フィールドと呼ばれます。フィールドはリッチテキスト エディタとして表示されて、ユーザーは見出し、太字、斜体、またはその他の書体を使用できます。

People can also complete the field by including links, @mentions, emojis, info panels and other rich text components. The field's size and treatment is meant to encourage detailed, longer-form responses to complete the field. You can add up to 32,767 characters into a paragraph field. 

Admins can also set default values for paragraph fields, including predefined Tasks or Decisions. 

This improvement allows you to standardize work item descriptions and paragraph fields, and gain consistency across team-managed projects.​ Currently, you can only add paragraph fields to the Description section of your work types in team-managed software projects. 

 ユーザー フィールド

People fields allow your team to insert people’s names from across your Jira site into a field on your work item view. In company-managed projects, these are called "user picker" fields. If you want to use names of people outside your Jira site, use the short text or labels fields instead.

既定では、ユーザー フィールドには複数の名前を挿入できます。[1 人に制限] チェックボックスを選択することで、ユーザー フィールドで許可されるユーザーを 1 人に制限できます。

フィールドを 1 人のユーザーに制限する場合、特にフィールドがプロジェクトで使用中のものである際は設定を慎重に行う必要があります。フィールドに複数のユーザーを登録した作業項目があり、そのフィールドを後から 1 人のユーザーに制限すると、次のようなことが起こります。

• 新しく作成された作業項目では、フィールドで許可されるユーザーは 1 人のみになります。

• 過去に作成された作業項目で、フィールドに複数のユーザーが含まれる場合、引き続きフィールドにそれらのユーザーが関連付けられます。ただし、作業項目を編集すると、Jira はフィールドを修正してユーザーを 1 人にするよう要求します。

• 対象のフィールドを使用するボードにある「作業項目を更新するフィールド」のルールは壊れます。Jira はフィールドに自動的に入力するために最適なユーザーを判断できないため、フィールドへの入力は行われません。これらのルールを削除して再度作成することをおすすめします。

 短いテキスト フィールド

Short text fields allow people to provide information as free-form text. In company-managed projects, these are called "text field (single line)" fields or "single-line text" fields. This field appears as a single line text box, to encourage concise responses for completing the field. It captures only plain text responses.Currently, you can only add short text fields to the Context section of your work types in team-managed software projects.

 タイム スタンプ フィールド

タイムスタンプ フィールドでは、カレンダーとドロップダウン リストによる時間選択を使用して、日時情報を入力できます。企業管理対象プロジェクトでは、これらは「日時ピッカー」フィールドと呼ばれます。タイムスタンプ フィールドには、日付を指定する欄と時間を指定する欄の 2 つの入力領域があります。
