Edit your status pages

Once you publish a status page, it will be available under Operations > Status Pages. You can select a page to go into edit mode.

Select any page from the list view to monitor the health and performance of your services. The dashboard provides a clear, real-time overview of key metrics and system components.

The Overview tab of your status page gives you a quick snapshot of your page’s setup and health. Here, you can review essential details, check configuration status, and ensure your status page is ready to keep stakeholders informed.

  • Page link: The URL link that will be displayed to your audience.

  • Page health:

    • Uptime: The overall uptime percentage

    • Subscribers: Total subscriber count and growth

  • System components: Each component is listed with a checkbox and a brief description. Checked components indicate active monitoring and display their current status.

  • Type: Indicates if the page is public or private.

  • Status: Displays the current state (e.g., LIVE).

  • View page: Select to open the public-facing status page.

The Activity tab on your status page provides a running log of all recent incidents. It provides a clear, chronological view of what has happened, helping everyone stay informed about service health and recent updates at a glance.

Filter events by type using the Activity tab to quickly find relevant updates. Events are grouped by weeks to show the latest activity. Each event card displays the incident type, status, title, description, and incident date.

Select an incident to find more details regarding the description, impacted components, and timelines.

The Subscribers tab provides a clear and actionable view of everyone who receives updates from your status page. Here, you can track subscriber activity, view communication channels, and keep your audience engaged and informed.

  • Subscriber list: View each subscriber’s contact info, preferred channel (like email or SMS), last update date, and current status (Active, Archived, or Quarantined).
    Note: There is a limit of 10,000 subscribers per tenant. You can have multiple status pages, but the total subscribers for all pages should not exceed 10,000.

  • Actions: Use the actions menu (“...”) to manage individual subscribers, such as archiving, quarantining, or removing them.
