サービス プロジェクトを作成する

Jira Service Management has a number of project templates tailored to a specific team or use. When creating a service project, selecting the template that best suits the needs of your team will help them to get set up and using their project quickly. Templates include pre-configured request types, workflows, and other features. Discover the different types of project templates

Jira 管理者のみがプロジェクトを作成できます。

プロジェクト テンプレートを使用してサービス プロジェクトを作成するには、次の手順を実行します。

  1. From the top navigation, select Select Projects > Create project.

  2. Select the Service management category, then select the template that best suits your work. Review the template details then select Use template. For some templates, you’ll have the option of a team-managed or company-managed project type. Read about the difference between these project types

  3. [プロジェクトを作成] 画面で次の手順に従います。

    1. プロジェクトの名前を入力します。

    2. プロジェクト キーを作成するか、自動的に生成されたキーを使用します。

    3. select the type of team that will be using the project to manage incoming requests.

    4. select Change template if you want to switch to a different template.

  4. If you’re creating a team-managed project:

    1. アクセス レベルを選択します。

    2. 既定の言語を選択します

  5. If you’re creating a company-managed project, you’ll have the option to bring settings from another project into the one you are creating by selecting Share settings with an existing project and then selecting a project from the dropdown list. This will duplicate the set-up of that project and overwrite your current template selection.

If you’ve created a company-managed project, you'll see a welcome screen with a gallery showcasing the default request types included in the project template you chose. You’ll also have the option to preview, add, or remove request types, allowing for greater flexibility and helping to ensure that your project is tailored to meet your team’s specific needs.

  • Use the Added to project filter on the left to see all the request types for your project.

  • Use the categories on the left to browse the request type template library to find the one that's the best starting point for what you need.

  • Preview a request type to see the form fields your customers will fill out when raising a request in the portal.

  • Select a request type and review the request type’s details like the issue type it’s associated with, and the portal group(s) it will show up in. Select Add when you're done.

  • Select Remove to remove a request type from your project.

  • When you’ve finished editing your list of request types, select Continue to project.

  • Later, you can go to Project settings then Request types to see and edit the fields of the request types you've added to your project.
