Changes to Jira Service Management Free and Standard
As of October 16, 2024, change management in Jira Service Management has moved from Standard to Premium. Existing service spaces in Free and Standard will continue to support existing request types and work types. Read more about the plan changes.
To access Jira Service Management Premium features, subscribe to a Service Collection Premium or Enterprise plan.
Configure your change management deployment pipelines to your needs. From your Deployment pipelines panel, you can:
add or remove environment or request types
create or disconnect a service
configure automation flows
set up deployment tracking
set up deployment gating
From your service space, select Space settings, then Operations, then Change management. to see your Deployment pipelines panel.
