Get started with Jira Service Management for agents

To add Jira users or groups to an object schema role, you need to be logged in as a Jira admin.
Select Insight in the top navigation bar.
Select Object schemas.
Select Configure in the row of the object schema you want to add users or groups to.
Select the Roles tab.
Select the field under Users or Groups for the relevant role and start typing to add new users or groups.
Select Update.
