Insight in Jira Service Management is a Premium and Enterprise only feature. It is compatible only with company-managed projects. Learn more about Insight.
To add Jira users or groups to an object schema role, you need to be logged in as a Jira admin or an Insight manager.
From your service project, go to Insight > Object schemas.
Select Configure in the row of the object schema you want to add users or groups to.
Select the Roles tab.
Select the field under Users or Groups for the relevant role and start typing to add new users or groups.
Select Update.
