Insight in Jira Service Management is a Premium and Enterprise only feature. It is compatible only with company-managed projects. Learn more about Insight.
Printed QR codes can be applied to physical assets, and then scanned to quickly find information about that object in Insight.
You can print QR codes for multiple objects using Bulk actions > Print QR codes.
From your service project, go to Insight > Object schemas
Select an object type from the left sidebar.
Select Objects from top-right to view the objects. Optionally, you can use the Basic or Advanced search bar to filter the list of objects.
Select Bulk actions (the gear icon next to the number dropdown) and select Print QR Codes in the dropdown.
In the popup window, select a Size for the QR codes. The default size is 100 by 100 pixels.
Select Print to begin printing.
