Let customers know how to set their language preference

Customers can change their own language preference in their help center profile.

To assist customers to change their language preference, we recommend the following:

  1. From the help center, click the avatar.

  2. Select Edit preference under Preferences.

  3. In the Language drop-down, choose the preferred language.

  4. Click Save.
