Help customers set their language preferences

Your customers can change their own language preferences from their help center profile.

To change their language preferences, your customers will need to:

  1. Select their avatar from the help center.

  2. Select Profile.

  3. Select Edit account preferences.

  4. Select their preferred language from the Language dropdown.

  5. Select Save.
