Integrate with Campfire

If you’re a customer who shifted your operations from Opsgenie to Jira Service Management, adding new instances of this integration isn’t possible in Jira Service Management. You can only edit the integrations that originally shifted from Opsgenie.

Campfire was retired by Basecamp in favor of Basecamp 3, but is still available to existing Campfire users. For more information, see this post by Basecamp.

What does Jira Service Management offer Campfire users?

Forward Jira Service Management alerts to Campfire to notify users of alerts. Notifications are sent to any desired Campfire room for any designated Team.

Functionality of the integration

Jira Service Management forwards alert activity (alert is created, acknowledged, closed, etc.) to Campfire.
