Fresh terminology for automation rules and components

An automation ‘rule’ is now a ‘flow', and a ‘component’ is now a 'step’. You may notice some inconsistencies in the documentation while we make this change. Read more about the updates in Automation

Update your customer on your progress

You can update your customer on the progress you’ve made on their request by adding a comment.

To add a comment to a request:

  1. Next to Queues in your space, select More actions (), then Queue settings.

  2. In the sidebar, select Assigned to me.

  3. Select a request to add a comment to.

  4. Select Reply to customer.

  5. Enter your comment and press Save.
