Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.

You can update your customer on the progress you’ve made on their request by adding a comment.
To add a comment to a request:
From your service project, go to Queues.
In the sidebar, select Assigned to me.
Select a request to add a comment to.
Select Reply to customer.
Enter your comment and press Save.
