Jira Automation docs have moved

All content related to Jira Cloud Automation, previously under the Automate your Jira processes and workflows section, have moved to the new Cloud Automation docs.

Copy a form to another project

If you’re using a form in a service project and you want to be able to use it in another service project, Jira software project, or Jira Work Management business project on the same site, you can copy it over.

When you copy a form and use it in another project, it becomes an independent form. Any edits you make to the form (or any of its copies) won’t be reflected across any of the other copies.

You need to be a project admin to copy forms.

To copy a form to another project:

  1. From the navigation on the left, select Project settings or Service project settings > Forms.

  2. Next to the form you want to copy, select More () > Copy to other projects.

  3. Check the box next to the projects you want to copy your form to.

  4. Select Copy.
