How to view reports of operations

This article highlights a new alerting feature that's natively available in Jira Service Management which is gradually rolling out to some Jira Service Management Cloud customers. It may not yet be visible or available on your site.

To view the reports of all on-call teams

Before you view reports of multiple on-call teams, make sure you’re a Jira admin.

There are two ways to view reports of all on-call teams:

From Jira settings

  1. On Jira Service Management, go to the top right corner and select the Settings icon.

  2. In the drop down menu, select Products.

  3. On the sidebar, under Operations, select Reports

  4. You’ll be able to view the different reports of all the on-call teams across your site.

  5. To view reports of any individual on-call team, go to the top right side of the page under the settings button, click the drop down menu, and select the team whose reports you want to view.

To view the reports of individual on-call teams

Before you can view the report of an individual team, make sure you’re a team admin.

To see which reports are applicable to your team, follow these steps:

  1. Open Jira Service Management, select Teams, and choose your team. If you don’t have a team yet, create one.

  2. On the team’s profile page, scroll to the Operations section and select Go to operations.

  3. Navigate to Reports from the side menu.

  4. Now, you’ll be able to view different types of reports of a single on-call team. You can view reports only for teams that use operations.

  5. Though you’re viewing reports for an individual team, you’ll have a shortcut to view reports of all on-call teams provided you’re a Jira admin. To do this, find the toggle on the top right side, and simply turn on the Switch to reports for all on-call team option.
