A Jira site can only connect to one Slack workspace.
To set up chat in your service project:
From your service project sidebar, select Channels, then Chat, then Configure.
Select Install Atlassian Assist.
Select the Slack workspace you want to connect your Jira site to then select Allow. If another service project on your Jira site is connected to Slack, you must connect to the same workspace.
Select the request types you want to use in Slack, then select Add.
After selecting your request types, you need to set up your channels in Slack. Select Send message to send yourself instructions in Slack.
Some request type fields are not supported and will not be shown on the request form. If you have a required field in a request type that is not supported in Slack, the request type cannot be used. If you want to use the request type without the unsupported field, you must make sure it is not a required field.
