Jira Automation docs have moved

All content related to Jira Cloud Automation, previously under the Automate your Jira processes and workflows section, have moved to the new Cloud Automation docs.

Disable all email requests to the email channel

At the end of a project, you may wish to close your service project and disable all email requests to the email channel.

This action means that no more requests will be created from the email channel and all emails sent to the linked email address will not be processed.

  1. From your service project, go to Project settings > Email requests.

  2. Select More actions (•••).

  3. Select Disable all email requests.

  4. Select Turn off.

Email requests will no longer be tracked nor automatically turned into issues in your queue.
