Keep your translations up to date

Your service project alerts you to review translations when you edit or add fields in your service project’s default language. Outdated translations are indicated by yellow markers or dots.

These markers can appear:

  • next to Language support in the Project settings sidebar navigation

  • in the Status column of the languages list in Language support

  • in a language's edit translation overview

  • next to a section label in an edit translation screen

  • next to a translation field while editing a section

Use them to quickly locate where translations may be missing or out of date. For example, if you add a new request type, go to Project settings > Language support. Follow the markers to find and add translations for the new request type.
