Get started with Jira Service Management for admins

Insight in Jira Service Management is a Premium and Enterprise only feature. It is compatible only with company-managed projects. Learn more about Insight.
To delete a status that has been added at an Insight configuration level, you need to be logged in as a Jira admin.
From your service project, go to Insight > Configure Insight
Under the Statuses tab, select Delete on the status you want to remove.
In the popup window, select Delete.
To delete a status that has been added to an individual schema, you need to have Object Schema Manager permissions.
From your service project, go to Insight > Object schemas
Select Configure in the row of the relevant schema.
Under the Statuses tab, select Delete on the status you want to remove.
In the popup window, select Delete.
