An automation ‘rule’ is now a ‘flow', and a ‘component’ is now a 'step’. You may notice some inconsistencies in the documentation while we make this change. Read more about the updates in Automation

Disable team-managed notifications for internal users

If you have an internal service space where all your customers have Jira licenses, you might want to disable service space notifications while keeping Jira notifications.

You must be a Jira admin to change Jira notifications.

To disable service space notifications and enable Jira notifications:

  1. Go to Settings (), then Apps.

  2. Select Jira Service Management, then Configuration.

  3. In the page, under Notifications, select Yes, send customers both Jira Service Management and Jira notifications.

  4. Go to your service space.

  5. From your service space, select Space settings, then Notifications, then Customer notifications.

  6. For each rule, toggle off Enable.

  7. Go to Internal notifications and customize the notifications for your agents and admins. Find out how to customize internal notifications.
