Create request types using AI
AI isn’t available in the Atlassian Government environment.
Spend less time figuring out what kind of request types you need to create for your space, and instead get suggestions from AI. Learn more about AI in Atlassian apps.
Simply describe your work and what your team typically manages to see what types of requests you could create. These suggestions include some of your existing system and custom fields to help you get started.
Create request types using AI
Rovo can help you create and edit your request types so you can get a new service space up and running quickly.
Open Rovo Chat and enter /manage-jsm-request-type, then tell Rovo what sort of request type you’re after. Or, manage an existing request type — edit fields, add, remove, and move the request type between portal groups, or change a request type to a different work type.
You can’t use this skill to delete request types, portal groups, or work types.
Rovo must be enabled. You must have space admin or Jira admin permissions for the space you want to create in.
This feature is only available for Premium or Enterprise customers that have activated AI for Jira Service Management.
From your service space, select Space settings, then Request management, then Request types.
Select Create request type, and select Create using AI from the dropdown.
Enter your prompt and select Go.
The suggestions generated by AI will only be visible to you, and will disappear when you navigate away or select Cancel.
If you wish to create one of these suggestions, select your desired request type and select Create.
