Incoming call routing is an integration in Opsgenie to route your calls to a team, schedule, or escalation. When you define a phone number for incoming call routing, each call made to that number will create an alert in Opsgenie and notify the correct on-call team member. Jira Service Management users need a connected Opsgenie account and a phone number from Twilio to use the incoming call routing.
You can setup incoming call routing by switching to your Opsgenie account. To go to Opsgenie;
Select the app switcher from your top navigation menu.
Once you log in to your Opsgenie account, follow the instructions on Integrate incoming call routing.
