Insight in Jira Service Management is a Premium and Enterprise only feature. It is compatible only with company-managed projects. Learn more about Insight.
To edit the label, attributes, or references of an object:
Select Insight in the top navigation bar.
Select Object schemas.
Select the object schema where the object is located.
Select the object type where the object is located.
Select the object you want to edit from the list.
Select Edit in the top left of the object overview.
In the popup window:
Edit the relevant fields.
Select Save.
