Fresh terminology for automation rules and components

Search for work items
Anyone can search for work items, but they’ll only be able to see search results from spaces where they have permission to can view work items (e.g. the 'Browse Space' permission).
Boards can display up to 5000 work items at a time. If your board is trying to display more than 5000 work items at once, you'll see an error, and be prompted to update your filters. Find out how to edit filters.
If you’re using a team-managed space, you may not have access to some of the features described below.
