Change how you process emails in global mail settings

Global email settings control how your site processes request that your customers send to your service space email addresses. As a Jira admin, you can temporarily adjust these settings to troubleshoot your email channel.

To change the global mail settings:

  1. In the top-right, select Settings () > System.

  2. Go to Global Mail Settings.
