Use the change calendar to manage change requests

The features described in this article are available for service projects using the IT service management template. Learn more about the IT service management template.

The change calendar is where Jira Service Management agents can view and schedule changes across all service projects.

Change requests appear on the calendar based on data in four date fields. Learn how to show your change requests on the calendar.

From the navigation on the left, select Change calendar to see the calendar. From here, you can:

  • See an overview of your scheduled change requests by day, week, or month

  • Select a time in the calendar to create a new change request

  • View or edit the details of existing change requests

  • Filter change requests on the calendar by service project, status, and affected service
