Get started with Jira Service Management for admins

Insight in Jira Service Management is a Premium and Enterprise only feature. It is compatible only with company-managed projects. Learn more about Insight.
To delete an object schema, you need to be logged in as a Jira admin.
Select Insight in the top navigation bar.
Select Object schemas.
Select Delete in the row of the object schema you want to delete.
Select Delete in the popup window to confirm. It will be deleted permanently along with all object types that are children of this schema.
