Manage your drafts

When you start creating an article, we autosave as you go. So if you aren’t ready to publish the article, you can just select Close in the editor without publishing. This creates a draft – an unpublished or in progress knowledge base article.

You can get back to the drafts you’ve created at any time from the knowledge base.

To view a list of all your drafts:

  1. From your project sidebar navigation, select Knowledge base.

  2. Select Drafts from the sidebar navigation.

From here, you can search for drafts by title and content, sort them by title or the date they were last updated on, edit and delete them.

To edit, select the draft of your choice from the list. This will open up the editor where you can continue working on the draft, save your work or publish it if you wish.

To delete a draft:

  1. From your project sidebar navigation, select Knowledge base.

  2. Select Drafts from the sidebar navigation.

  3. Select Delete next to the draft of your choice to delete it.

Deleting a draft is permanent and can't be undone.
