Viewing developer escalations

To use this feature, turn on Developer escalations on the Features page in Project settings.

To allow developers to work on the escalations, project admins must add them as collaborators to their service project.

To be a collaborator, the user should be added to the Service Desk Team role in your service project.

Once developers are added, they can view, comment, and work on developer escalations easily by using the dedicated view.
