Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.

Grouping customers into organizations saves you time, and ensures you give the right people the right access to request help.
To view customers by organization:
From your service project, go to Customers.
Select an organization from the list by clicking its name.
From here you can also add customers or delete an organization from the site.
