Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
You can change the name of your portal, welcome customers with a helpful message, and add your company’s logo to reflect its brand.
You need to be logged in as a project administrator to brand your portal.
To brand your portal:
From your service project, go to Project settings > Portal settings.
Edit the Name, Introduction text and Logo fields as needed.
Your portal’s header, URL, and button colors are inherited from the help center, or the home for all portals connected to your Jira Service Management site. Learn more about customizing your help center.
Note: The logo you’ve set for your help center will appear on all notifications sent from your service project.
