Add a preset automation flow in team-managed spaces

Your service space comes with a variety of preset automation flows you can use to do common service space tasks for you.
You must be an admin to add a preset automation flow.
To add a preset automation flow:
From your service space, select Space settings, then Automation.
Select Add flow.
Select a flow, then select Continue.
Edit the name, description, and fields as needed.
Select Save and you're done.
You can have up to 30 automation flows on each space.
