Get started with Jira Service Management for admins

This task requires Data Manager Adapters admin permissions to complete. See how permissions and roles work in Data Manager.
To view jobs that have been completed:
Select Assets in the top navigation bar.
On the landing page, select Configuration at top-right.
Select the Data Manager tab.
Select the Data Manager icon.
Select Adapters at left.
Select Job Execution History.
View detailed information about each completed job. The columns contain the following information:
Job - the Job Name of the completed job.
Start - the time the job was started.
Received - the duration, in milliseconds, required for the data to be received from the source file, database, or tool.
Import - the duration, in milliseconds, required for the data to be brought into Data Manager.
Transform - the duration, in milliseconds, required for the data to be modified using the Transform Rules attached to the job.
Finalised - the duration, in milliseconds, required for the data to be finalized.
Machine Name - the ID of the machine running the job.
Executor - the Username of the user running the job.
Status - the status of the completed job. Statuses include:
Done (checkbox) - the job is completed with no errors.
Error (alert) - the job is completed unsuccessfully or with one or more errors. Select the icon to view a description of any errors encountered.
