Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
Atlassian Intelligence is available and automatically activated for all products on Premium and Enterprise plans. Organization admins can manage Atlassian Intelligence preferences from Settings > Atlassian Intelligence in Atlassian Administration.
When incidents happen, on-call teams and incident managers need to act fast to diagnose and fix issues, and reduce downtime. However, finding the cause and knowing what to do next can be tricky. Teams often spend time searching for the right information, figuring out the steps to take, or getting help from others. Making this process quicker is essential for a speedy recovery. Using Atlassian Intelligence (AI) speeds up the whole process of finding the right resources so your on-call teams can save time.
