Create, edit, or delete a shortcut

If there are websites or links that your team needs to access frequently, you can add them as shortcuts to the navigation on the left.

You need to be a project admin to create, edit, or delete shortcuts.

Create a shortcut

To create a shortcut:

  1. From the navigation on the left, under Shortcuts, select Add shortcut.

  2. Enter the URL of the shortcut you want to create under Web address. Be sure to include the http:// or https:// prefixes.

  3. Enter the name for your shortcut under Name. This will appear in the navigation on the left.

  4. Select Add.

Shortcuts you create will appear in the navigation on the left, under Shortcuts.

Edit or delete a shortcut

To edit or delete a shortcut:

  1. From the navigation on the left, find the shortcut you want to edit and hover over it.

  2. Select Edit ().

  3. To edit your shortcut, make your desired changes, then select Update.

  4. To delete your shortcut, select Remove shortcut.
